Initially, when I started blogging staying consistent was a lot easier being a SAHM. Though there were other challenges lol. But working full time leaves me with no mental space to work on any other project. But even then I will be pushing myself & continue writing these Monthly updates, which I truly enjoy. It seems like I keep myself accountable to you guys! I promise myself, make goals and you all motivate me to achieve them 🙂 Thank you!

The Power of Habit
It took me a while to finish this book because of well procrastination & how life keeps getting in the way. While I was reading the book, I was more amazed by all the marketing techniques & behavioral psychology that company use with time to promote their products. And not to ignore the data they collect on us for our likes & dislikes. I had no idea, this book will actually help me push myself to attain a habit that I have been longing for all my life– giving my health priority & exercising.
Studies show that our sub-conscious mind works in a funny way. Often time we think that we will read one thing and change into a new person or a listen to a podcast once and our life will turn around. It only works when we listen to something over & over again, that’s when it actually registers in our brain- among a billion things that we have.
If you are someone, who want to develop an understanding of human behavior along with marketing strategies you will truly enjoy this book.

Sara’s Soap & Candles
I am seriously obsessed with candles & once I got my hands on Sara’s Soap & Candles, there was no turning back. These candles are soy candles, and I literally can’t stop sticking my face in the jar to smell them. They smell heavenly! I literally have one in every room. It is so essential to support local businesses. Without thinking we spent so much money at big stores but think five times when it comes to local vendors. If you love candles, you have to get these!
Having a little unwinding routine can have a huge impact on your day. I love starting my day with either liting a candle or sometimes after cooking, to eliminate the smell I would lit one in the kitchen. It does a pretty awesome job.
