I still remember the first time I went to Lush and loved it instantly. We were on our honeymoon in Lucern, walking down the street this sweet girl approaches me and asks me to try out some products. This was almost 6 years ago. I tried their famous scrub Rub Rub Rub and fell in love with the product, customer service & ambiance. Also, I enjoy pampering myself and I feel Lush products are perfect for that.
In addition to that what really impressed me about Lush was that they don’t test on animals and are 100% vegetarian. They have Charity Pots to support different social causes, which you can also see on their website. Lush has the vastest variety of products and it smells heavenly! We all know how great their bath bombs are. Being a crazy lush lover, I came up with the 5 must have Lush products, and trust me you won’t regret buying them.
1.Big Shampoo:
Price: CAD $27.95
This shampoo looks nothing like the typical drug store shampoo. It’s grainy and clumpy. When I looked at it, I was concerned if it would lather up properly or not but just by using a teaspoon for my hair which is medium in length, it lathered up wonderfully. This shampoo is made with sea salt & seaweed. You can instantly smell the sea salt, and a whiff of lemon in it as well. In addition to the smell, it softens and volumizes the hair. My hair is thin and tends to limp but after using this shampoo, I felt my hair was much cleaner, softer, and more voluminous.
2.Angels On Bare Skin:
Price:
CAD $15.95/100g
CAD $38.95/240gThe name of this product says it all and It seriously feels like angels on skin. It’s a nice but grainy blend, perfect for a scrub. You mix it with some water and use the scrub to cleanse your face. It doesn’t dry the skin at all and it’s made with almonds and lavender. Also, It has a long shelf life. I bought the 100g size for the fourth time, and it lasts me almost 2 months easily, isn’t that amazing.
3.Veganese Conditioner:
Price:
CAD $ 9.95/100ml
CAD $20.95/250ml
CAD $33.95/500ml
This is a new addition to my hair care routine. I completely shifted to Lush hair care after losing a lot of hair probably due to postpartum pregnancy. One of the Lush employees told me for best results use their shampoo and conditioner together. Not a marketing or sales strategy, it’s because their products are 100% vegan and if combined with a chemical based shampoo, it won’t give the provided results. Their shampoo and conditioner significantly slowed my hair fall and I couldn’t be happier.
4.Karma Kream:
Price: CAD $29.95/225g
If you feel like spoiling yourself or treating yourself, you need to grab this. Also, do me a favor, if you ever pass by Lush, go and smell this one and you will know exactly what I am talking about. Karma Kream is an orange flower based body lotion which smells heavenly. This product not just moisturizes my skin but it seriously relaxes me and instantly puts me in a happy mood probably because of the citrusy smell. It’s a must use before bed or the first thing after getting up in the morning, to keep the morning blues away.
5.Sultana of Soap:
Price: CAD $6.95 /100gAs per the name suggests, it is the royalty of soaps. Sultana of soap is made with coconut oil, cranberries and a bunch of goody stuff for our skin. It gently cleanses, moisturizes and gives a nice freshness to the skin. It’s a great purchase for this price. Mostly, they have pre-cut pieces of soaps with price tags on them and you can choose which size you want but you can also ask them to cut a specific size for you and they do that happily.Lush is a store with the most friendly and helping staff. In addition to that, you can ask them anything related to what you are looking for. They know the products very well and give the perfect recommendations.
Finally, Don’t forget to ask for free samples and you get a free face mask when you bring Five empty, clean lush pots.Hope this was helpful to you guys!
Stay Beautiful:)
